Susan Terry, VP of Culinary and Food & Beverage ops for Marcus Hotels & Resorts Named 2018 Silver Plate Winner
Congratulations are in order—and were bestowed by The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association—for Susan Terry, industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience! Terry serves as Marcus Hotels & Resorts vice president of culinary and food & beverage operations for the national hotel owner and management company. The national IMFA award honors top foodservice operator talent.
Terry oversees food and beverage operations as well as more than 40 signature restaurants, bars and lounges for the company’s 20 properties. Terry has kept an eye toward highlighting local flavors, healthy eating options and sustainable practices.
Terry has been with Marcus Hotels & Resorts since 2016. Previously she rose through the ranks at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
